The Pasadena Citizen Service Center iPhone app is designed to provide residents, businesses, and visitors with access to Pasadena City Hall, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
So next time you spot graffiti in your neighborhood, hit a pothole on your way to work, or notice an abandoned shopping cart on your street just use the Citizen Service Center to report it.
Simply open the CSC app, select an issue, and tap submit.
You can even include a picture if you like and your issue will be automatically routed to the appropriate department for investigation.
You can also check back periodically to track the status of your requests.
